“Holistic living has been a part of my life since I was a kid, I remember pouring over my mom's herbal books for any little tea or tincture that would help with a family member's ailment, whether they had asked me to or not.

 

 

I was in retail for years and then I was in the administrative side of alternative medicine for about 7 years but it was not scratching the itch of being hands-on (haha) and the need to personally help people never left me. When I was reintroduced to Massage in 2018 I knew that this was my path, one that I would never stop exploring all my life.

 

I graduated with honors from Wellspring School of Allied Health and Wellness in Wichita, KS in February 2022 after completing their 16-month Master Massage Therapy program. I have been Licensed in Wichita since June 2021 and I started my journey with The Pushy Goat in February 2022. I had been a long-time client of Jenn’s and KNEW that I wanted to work for her and because I had experienced her care and dedication, as an actual client, I KNEW that I wanted her as a mentor.

 

My two biggest passions with massage could not be more opposites and yet work together so well. I love the athletic side of massage, tell me what’s wrong, and let me do what I do to ease those stubborn muscles and get you ready for your next endeavor.

On the flip side, I want to REINTRODUCE you to an old friend, your body. In our busy world, we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves and after a while our bodies have no choice but to MAKE us slow down and listen. What if we didn’t have to wait for illness or injury to really listen to the needs being whispered to us? I love being able to facilitate bringing that awareness back and reconnecting ourselves to the sacred wisdom that is in all of us. It’s not an easy path, in fact, it can get quite messy, but it is a path that is important and well worth taking!

 

When I’m not massaging I’m probably at home with my small zoo of animals, maybe I’m knitting yet another hat or reading a massive fantasy novel, either way, I most definitely have a cup of coffee in my hand. I enjoy traveling, concerts, and home renovations with my partner, but as a homebody, I also enjoy big blankets and movie marathons.
